WHERE CAN I SHOP EYESTHETICSBYEC? 

In addition to EyestheticsbyEC.com, you can shop in store during a body service appointment in addition to our official Instagram and/or Facebook shops.

DOES EYESTHETICSBYEC TEST ON ANIMALS?

Absolutely never. We are a cruelty-free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow our suppliers to conduct animal testing on our behalf. EyestheticsbyEC is a fully vegan line, sulfate, paraben-free.

WHAT IS MINK?

Made of 100% Siberian mink fur, Cruelty-free, our mink is harvested during the mink animals natural shedding season. In the production process we do not add any chemicals or dyes to our lashes to make them hypoallergenic, and lightweight.

 

HOW DO MINK LASHES DIFFER FROM SYNTHETIC LASHES?

Mink lashes have a vivid natural shine and texture that cannot be duplicated with synthetic lashes. Synthetic lashes look artificial, cannot be reused multiple times, and irritate your eyes. Overall our handmade mink lashes are comfortable, lightweight, and can be worn up to 25 times with the proper care.

 

HOW DO I PROPERLY APPLY FALSE LASHES?

  1. Carefully remove the eyelash from the eyelash tray, and trim the lashes to fit your eyeshape.
  2. Apply lash adhesive to the false lash band, and wait 30-60 seconds until the glue becomes tacky.
  3. Apply lash as close to your natural lash line as possible. Make sure the inner and outer corners are in tact.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MINK LASHES?

  1. DO NOT apply mascara to the hairs of the lashes to maintain their fluffiness.
  2. Always remove any excess glue or makeup residue carefully with a tweezer, q-tip, your fingers, or a water based makeup remover. 
  3. DO NOT grab the lashes by their hairs.
  4. Never sleep in your lashes.
  5. Always store your lashes back in the original lash tray to maintain their shape, and protect them from damages.
  6. Keep away from heat.

 

DOES THE PAIR INCLUDE LASH GLUE?

No, lash glue is not included. We do have eyelash adhesive that is available to purchase separately.

 

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REUSE A PAIR OF EYESTHETICSbyEC mink lashes?

With the proper care and handling each pair can be worn up to 25 times. Always be gentle with your lashes.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All of our body care, cosmetics, and skin care are handmade in small batches. Please expect each item to have a different, unique color pattern than pictured.

 

ARE LIP BALMS, BODY BUTTERS & WHIPPED SCRUBS PRONE TO MELTING DURING TRANSIT?
YES! EyestheticsbyEC is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that lip balms, whipped body butter & scrubs are very delicate, and stand the chance of possibly melting when exposed to warm temperatures. We advise you to please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or outside on your porch during warmer climate months. If product has melted some during transit, please place product in refrigerator for at least 1 hour until it is more solid again, and keep in a cool dry room out of direct sunlight. We do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please choose the quickest shipping method at checkout to avoid any problems.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

EyestheticsbyEC.com offers FREE U.S. shipping to those that reach the minimum amount listed at the top of our website. Free shipping amount is subject to change at any time without notice.

 

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number is found within your email that contains your order number confirming that your package has been packaged and ready to be shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

No, once an order is placed everything is final. You may contact customer service so that we can return the purchase that way you can place a new order.

MY ITEM WAS STOLEN, HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Once orders have left EyestheticsbyEC warehouse the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.
